We tend to use compressors to control dynamic basses or synths etc.

The problem with compressors are, that we actually change the transients and maybe even groove of our sound source.


In this video I share a little plugin that doesn't change the transients and the groove and gives us quick result for a stable bass that sits perfectly in our mix:
